The Ridings offers spacious eight-bedroom flats, while Grange Court is an eight-bedroom terraced house located on nearby Windmill Avenue. Both locations feature shared kitchens with laundry and shower room facilities in each flat. Students may be offered a room in either The Ridings or Grange Court.

Our Standard rooms are brilliant value and are fully furnished with a single bed and shared bathroom facilities. We also have additional broadband ports available in each bedroom. We also provide a caretaker service and 24-hour maintenance support. Car parking is also available for an additional fee of £200 per year.

At Grange Court and The Ridings, you have the option of 44 week or 50 week contract lengths for £98.00 a week for our Standard rooms. You can secure your room today by applying online and paying a deposit of just £1 at the time of accepting your offer. The advanced rent prepayment is credited towards the first instalment of your rent.

You can pay your rent in various instalments. The dates of your instalments are detailed in your accepted contract. You can pay in 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, or 11 instalments depending on your chosen contract length. The option for 4 and 11 instalments is only available on 50-week contracts.
