Designed to take the stress out of your property search, we recruit landlords with properties in the areas you want to live, to advertise directly to you, offering you a wide range of choice.

Experienced professionals run the service and can provide guidance on local areas, what to look for in a property and what you need to know about your landlord and tenancy arrangements. We encourage you to carry out your own due diligence before entering a tenancy with the landlord.

Private properties are neither visited nor inspected by the Students' Union nor are they recommended as suitable. You must make your own decision.

The Students' Union shall not be responsible for any defects or shortcomings in the properties and accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from occupation of any property. It is therefore important to ensure the accommodation is suitable for your needs and that the landlord has complied with the relevant safety requirements.

Landlords must have a Gas Safety Record and all soft furnishings should comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations.
